Ron Morey has more than 25 years of executive experience in the fields of strategic planning, business marketing, performance management and corporate education. He is an accomplished speaker and training professional with proven skills in executive coaching, leadership development, teambuilding, customer service training, and business communication in a broad spectrum of industries.
Ron's unique expertise is in the area of organizational systems enhancement with an emphasis on aligning strategic goals, self-directed work teams, business process efficiency and accurate measurement tools for guaranteed results. Ron has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications and is working toward a Masters in Organizational Productivity & Human Performance.
Ron has served in such key roles as Vice President of Learning Systems for Premera Blue Cross, a Northwest provider of quality insurance products & services, Director of Quality and Service for Thousand Trails, a national hospitality company; Director of Management Development for Westin Hotels & Resorts, a premier international hotel chain; Manager of Associate Development for Eddie Bauer, a leading international retailer; Manager of Training and Leadership Development for Alaska Air Group & Horizon Air, an award winning west coast airline; and Manager of Training and O.D. for King County & Metro, a major government agency in the Pacific Northwest.
