Her mission is to maximize human potential and engagement in workplaces. She provides clients with best practice practical tools, training, coaching and techniques for creating high performance teams and leaders. She helps clients leverage trust, communication and emotional intelligence to increase productivity, performance and employee engagement.
Maureen specializes helping leaders with their team, emotional intelligence and “people” challenges. She helps leaders deal more effectively with “problematic” (but valued employees), working through interpersonal and team conflict, which can leave teams stuck and leaders drained. Maureen offers tools and insight to help teams work more effectively, more collaboratively and creatively together. Her solutions are customized to the unique issues of the team. Her “sweet spot” is emotional intelligence—she regularly facilitates executive retreats and team meetings acting as the coach for the team leader and team.
Maureen Moriarty, MA (Applied Behavioral Science in Consulting/Coaching in Organizations) brings over 30 years’ leadership experience designing and implementing business strategies and leading teams. She is a professional accredited coach of the prestigious Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and has taught leadership/team development courses for faculty at the University of Washington and for Bellevue College. Her popular business column “Workplace Coach” was featured on the front page of the Business Section for over 5 years in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and in the Puget Sound Business Journal.
