Linda has worked in human resources, training program management, and workforce development roles for over twenty-five years. She has helped address systemic barriers to living wage careers at Seattle Jobs Initiative (SJI) since 2005. Access and support for those with so-called “invisible” disabilities are pivotal issues for Linda and she works to bring awareness to and solutions for this issue.
As Workforce Readiness Director for the Washington State Human Resource Council since 2014, she authored the survey report “Employer Perspectives on Soft Skills” and the “Soft Skills Starter Kit & Guide” with support from SJI and the Performance Skills Coalition. Linda has chaired the Performance Skills Coalition since 2008.
