Webinar Overview:
During uncertain times (such as now), we must be prepared for anything. And when “anything” happens, our innate resiliency can help us get through it and make us stronger. Participants in this Webinar will learn how to tap into their personal resiliency during times of stress and change. Topics will include: affirming and preserving our identity, creating and maintaining positive images of the future, staying “unstuck,” feeling in control, and choosing our battles wisely.
The facilitator is Cal Crow, Ph. D., Program Director and Co-Founder at the Center for Learning Connections
